I’m Steph Jagger and my work is for people who want more.
More time. More space. More ease.
More meaning, connection, and belonging.
More aliveness. More energy. More liberation.
More access to themselves and their deepest knowings. More spirited self-expression from that place.
And perhaps A LITTLE PLEASURE too.
MY WORK IS DEPTH WORK.
It is about REMEMBERING, RELEARNING, and RETURNING to the kind of fluency you were born with. It is about navigating initiation— A.K.A. stepping into, and living out, the myth of your most aligned and authentic self. It is about recreation and re-creation, profundity and levity, humanity and divinity.
You may not know (or be able to articulate) exactly why you’re here, but if you feel a calling to lean in . . . lean in— you’re in the right place.

THE NATURE OF NARRATIVE RETREAT
October 23 - 26, 2025 - Whidbey Island, WA
Tuning into knowing. Turning it into narrative. Three days of embodied creativity at the water’s edge.
Three days of embodied creativity at the water’s edge.
The etymology of the word narrative is from Latin gnarus ‘knowing’ .
In other words, the stories we tell, the narratives we write, and the lives we create from that place are really about two things:
1. Discovering our deepest knowings, the erudition that lives in our flesh; and
2. Connecting the dots of those knowings to form a chain of wisdom that can help guide us through our past, present, and future at once.
