Our private practice coaching package is a four-ish month experience that includes:
Access to our Deep Dive intake form to begin your exploration. Imagine sitting in front of a gorgeous reflection pool, pulling images of yourself from the surface of still water. Calm, cool and collected as we begin our work together;
1 x 90-minute intake session (via phone or ZOOM), where we’ll hone in on visions and get clear on your goals and intentions— be prepared for a handful of “ah-has” and a kind of clarity you’ve likely never felt before;
6 x 60-minute Coaching sessions (via phone or ZOOM) focused on feeling into the expanse of self, custom tailored to your and your intentions;
A co-created space to bring you all the way home, to the place where there is wisdom and steadiness abound, even amidst the uncertainty;
Occasional email access between sessions— a space designed for updates and electronic high-fives;
Prioritized private practice bookings; and
A vision of yourself and the future at once, and love and compassion so you can use that vision to carve a path forward.

Once or twice a year, I open up space to work with folks in a creative capacity— memoir writers who are looking for a boutique book-coaching experience that combines editorial work with in-depth coaching and capacity building.
Because if you’re gonna let a river of creativity really course through you, oooooheeee . . . the river banks gotta be sturdy enough to hold.

Writing Mentorship with Steph
If there’s one thing I know to be true about memoir writing/personal narrative it’s this:
If I’m gonna mine my own life for the truthiest truths, if I’m gonna gather the courage required to lay my hands on them and then pour them out onto the page, a part of me needs to be held. Perhaps many parts.
Each of the books I’ve written have come with a deep yearning to have with me a team of the following: a visionary and part-time mystic, someone who can pull patterns from chaos and knows the next step, an intuitive and eager editor, a person willing to call bull-shit, a nurturing soul who’s not scared to go deeper, a reader who knows how to use compassion when delivering the truth, and, of course, a masseuse.
