A place and space for you to recall and reclaim what it feels like to let life make something of us, the ways in which we know, and perhaps have forgotten, how to let ourselves sing. 

This retreat is master class in remembrance, an invitation for all of your bodies (mental, physical, emotional, energetic and spiritual) to be in the same place at the same time. To feel into what you are able to offer from that place and what you are able to receive. It is a marination in the wilderness both inside and out. It is an experience designed for intimacy and connection, for vulnerability and deep witnessing. And this time, we’re including a dash of writing and journaling - A.K.A. spell casting for creative living.
